The applicant has indicated that a permit has been received from Ramsey <br />County for the work within the County Road C right -of -way. A copy of this <br />permit should be provided. <br />2. A landscape plan should be provided for review. <br />3. A complete SWPPP should be provided, which is signed by the Engineer, <br />Owner, and Contractor to ensure that all parties are aware of the <br />requirements. <br />4.
