2. Owner agrees that as long as Harriet Xelbe is entitled to use cottage <br />under the terms of her lease agreement with Owner that he will not rent said <br />cottage to any tenants or permit it to be used as a residence by any persons <br />except his aunt, Harriet Kolbe, and members of his family during the summer <br />season. <br />3. City agrees that Owner may finish the construction of his new house <br />under authority of his existing building permit and a variance is granted for the <br />new structure nursua nr. to City Council Res ol.ut lan of 1.1./25/81, said variance to <br />continue 1n effect in accordance with the terms and conditions recited herein.
