Originally approved in <br />1995, the Heritage Office Park is comprised of eight condominium -type office buildings. <br />The site is zoned I -P, Industrial Park. <br />The proposed accessory storage building measures approximately 1,660 square feet in <br />size and is comprised of three garage units. The building is proposed to be located <br />within the southern area of the site, within an existing Xcel Energy power line easement. <br />Specifically, the accessory building overlays lot 6, Block 1 of the Heritage Office Park <br />3rd Addition. <br />The Heritage Office Park 3`° Addition was approved by the City in 1998 as phase 2 of <br />the office park project. Such approval was subject to various conditions, one of which <br />was the submission of detailed plans for the proposed accessory building. <br />Analysis <br />Conditions of Approval (1998). As noted, the accessory building was conditionally <br />approved as part of the project's second phase (in 1998).
