Federal law requires the package to be unmarked and the <br />firearm to be unloaded. <br />- Retail sales not an accessory to engraving. <br />After further concideration I have realized that all transactions in my <br />business are related to engraving. I am not a retail operation, do not do retail <br />sales and do not have stock in trade. All work is sent to me for engraving <br />including local customers. I do not use any signage. I am not and will not be <br />open to retail walk in customers. <br />- Security <br />As a FFL security is extremely important to me. It is mandatory that <br />when a FFL moves they notify the chief of police of the new location.
