MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 21, 2011 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-12-243 — RATIFYING 2012 SALARIES AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND AS <br />DISCUSSED AND REVIEWED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AT ITS <br />DECEMBER 21, 2012 WORKSHOP MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -12 -244 — RATIFYING THE 2012 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PLAN AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
