The Planner indicated that this consists of the transfer
of a 75 foot strip of land from one property to another and will give the
property at 2389 Greenbrier lake access. The property division and
resulting combination meets the City's zoning requirements with the
Planner noting that the piece of property being transferred does not have
frontage on a road and would not result in an additional buildable lot.
