PTO <br />Severance pay for employees is as follows: <br />0 - 3 years of service: 50% of personal leave accrued <br />3+ years: Leave accrued up to max. of 60 days <br />4+ years: Leave accrued up to max. of 65 days <br />5+ years: Leave accrued up to max. of 75 days <br />St. Paul Park Max. 60 days 120 /Days <br />Shoreview City has personal leave rather than vacation and sick leave. PTO <br />Personal leave hours are paid off at 100% upon termination to 30 day max. <br />Shorewood 50% of unused sick leave for the number of hours in excess of 100 days. No Max. <br />Spring Lake P. After 5 years of service, 50% of unused sick leave to 45 day max. 90 /Days <br />Vadnais Hgts. Less than 5 yrs. of service: 20% of unused sick leave to 25 day max. No Max. <br />5 to 10 years: 33.33% of unused sick leave to 25 day max. <br />Over 10 years: 50% of unused sick leave to 25 day max. <br />Victoria No Payment 120 /Days <br />Waconia Max. of 42 Days 120 /Days <br />WBL After 10 years of service, 1/2 of unused sick leave to 50 day max.
