premises to which is brought any motor vehicle showing evidence of having been involved in an <br />accident or struck by any bullet shall report to the police of Little Canada forthwith, giving the motor <br />number, license registration number, and name and address of the owner or operator of such vehicle. <br />Properly Zoned District. A motor vehicle repair license shall not be issued by the <br />Administrator unless the premises where the license is to be used is located within a district in Little <br />Canada that is properly zoned for such use. <br />Premises Neat and Orderly. Every licensee hereunder shall keep his premises in a neat, <br />uncluttered condition and shall not have, or permit, the accumulation of any dismantled vehicles or <br />parts of vehicles where such material will be exposed to public view. <br />Parking of Vehicles. At the time of obtaining a license, the licensee shall indicate the amount <br />of off - street parking space which he will have on his premises for parking motor vehicles belonging <br />to others but which are in his possession for business reasons and the number of vehicles which he <br />may have on the premises outside of his building any given time shall be limited to the parking area <br />specified. The City Council shall promulgate rules and regulations for the purpose of administrating <br />the parking of vehicles so as to prevent congestion, unsightliness or nuisance to the neighboring <br />property and to the general public. <br />(Source: Ord. 68, Amended: Ord. 375, 513, 574) <br />807 -2 <br />
