Division 8 - Occupant's Responsibilities <br />Sec. 13 -125. Cleanliness. <br />Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep that part of the dwelling unit and premises which the <br />occupant occupies, controls, or uses in a clean and sanitary condition. (Code 1966; Ord. No. 301, 6- 13 -72; <br />Code of 1988; Code of 2001) <br />Sec. 13 -126. Disposal of Rubbish. <br />Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner. (Code 1966; <br />Ord. No. 301, 6- 13 -72; Code of 1988; Code of 2001) <br />Sec. 13 -127. Use and Operation of Supplied Plumbing Fixtures. <br />Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep the supplied plumbing fixtures clean and sanitary and shall <br />be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care in the proper use and operation of the fixtures. (Code <br />1966; Ord. No. 301, 6- 13 -72; Code of 1988; Code of 2001) <br />Sec. 13 -128. Plumbing Fixtures Furnished by Occupant. <br />Every plumbing fixture furnished by the occupant shall be properly installed and maintained in good <br />working condition.
