connection to the sanitary sewer, or for the City to correct the violation and certify <br />the costs of connection as an assessment against the property on which the <br />connection was made. <br />J. the Public Works Director, and any other City employee or agent duly authorized <br />and bearing the proper credentials and identification, may at reasonable times <br />request from the property owner the right to enter upon all properties for the <br />purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, testing, and sampling in <br />connection with the operation of the City sanitary sewer system.
