Rodriguez Alvarez (hereafter referred to as Owner). Mr. <br />Alvarez owns and operates six other restaurants in Hennepin and Dakota Counties. The first business <br />was organized in 2016 and the restaurants operate as S-Corporations. The Owner employs a total of 40 <br />employees. <br />Employees are going to be crossed trained by the owner and will be supported by the on-premise <br />manager. All staff will also go through a Training in Intervention Techniques conducted by Serving <br />Alcohol Inc. and Control Loss Services. They will sharpen their skills in detecting the behaviors of <br />intoxicated persons, not escalating problem situations and proper checking of identification cards. <br />Serving Alcohol Inc. will provide professional support throughout the year to this company. The business <br />will be applying for an On Sale Liquor License with Sunday sales and No entertainment will be offered. <br /> <br />Business hours will be: <br />Monday- 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. <br />Tuesday 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. <br />Wednesday- 11:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m. <br />Thursday- 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. <br />Friday- 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. <br />Saturday- 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. <br />Sunday- 11:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. <br />This plan is a description of the duties and expectations of the staff employed by El Parian Mexican Grill- <br />Little Canada, LLC (hereafter referred to as the Business). The primary responsibility for staff at the <br />business is to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and property. Furthermore, the responsibility <br />includes that NO ONE under the legal drinking age of 21 or already intoxicated be served alcohol. Each <br />staff member will undergo a mandatory alcohol server training session upon hiring and then again once <br />yearly to be properly trained. This business will provide the necessary information to those who are <br />employed by the business and materials provided by Serving Alcohol, Inc and Control Loss Services. The <br />materials provided are in Spanish and cover the areas of intervention techniques, how to compare an ID <br />by comparing the eyes, the nose, the ears with the presenter. These training sessions run between 2 to <br />4 hours. The staff will focus on maintaining a safe establishment for our, patrons, staff, and Little <br />Canada. <br /> <br />
