Neighborhood: <br />A letter was sent to residents of Costa Lane asking for their input last week. All responses have <br />been in favor of posting the street no overnight parking. Residents can always obtain a parking <br />permit if they need to park on the street overnight for whatever reason. <br />The city already has a no overnight parking policy in effect from November 1 through April 1 so <br />this change will make it a year-round condition on Costa Lane. <br />Location: <br />Strategic Priority: <br />N/A <br />Source Of Funds: <br />The signs will be purchased using funds from the Streets General Fund, and the sign budget can <br />support the purchase. <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends approving the installation of “No Parking – 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM” signs on <br />both sides of Costa Lane on a year-round basis.
