Delivering Dynamic Spaces Action Item Progress Complete:15.4% On-Track: 23.1% Upcoming: 38.5% Not Started: 23.1% Action Item Highlights Two items within the entire strategic plan are completed, both of which are under the Delivering Dynamic Spaces Strategic Direction. Create a technical advisory committee/ambassadors for community building CIP (current year) progress review Additional work is in process, with completion likely to occur in Quarter 4 2025 Upcoming Work for Delivering Dynamic Spaces in 2026 Develop a wayfinding program to connect the east & west sides of Little Canada and along trails o Funds for design services and signs are budgeted in CIP Develop litter reduction initiative o Best practices being researched Complete shovel-ready plans for pedestrian bridge o Request submitted to State Bonding Bill Updating the council on bonding authority for community building o Preliminary work has begun Strategic Direction 2: Creating Supportive Networks To ensure the best possible outcomes, a network of community members, governmental agencies, and businesses is desired. This will allow for a better flow of information, creative ideas, efficiencies, and reduced problems. Creating Supportive Networks Action Item Progress On-Track: 13.3% Upcoming: 40.0% Not Started: 46.7% Action Item Highlights Two items within the Creating Supportive Networks Strategic Direction are on track, with measurable progress. Schedule regular workshop meetings between the City Council and the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office o Meeting held in May of 2025 o Proposing February and July Workshop Meetings Conduct a business inventory o Staff are in process, around 70% complete Upcoming Work for Creating Supportive Networks in 2026 Expand commissioner roles and responsibilities to increase involvement o Working to develop guide for commissioners
