1 <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #2025-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 36TH RIDER TO AGREEMENT WITH <br />ST. PAUL REGIONAL WATER SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planned Little Canada Road Improvement Project requires installation <br />of stormwater management infrastructure; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Paul Regional Water Services owns land that is well-situated to <br />accommodate stormwater management infrastructure downstream of the proposed Little Canada <br />Road Improvement Project; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the stormwater management infrastructure design has been reviewed and <br />approved by St. Paul Regional Water Services staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to enter into the Thirty-Sixth Rider to <br />Agreement with St. Paul Regional Water Services to allow for installation of the stormwater <br />management infrastructure on St. Paul Regional Water Services property. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Little Canada; that <br /> <br />1. The 36th Rider to Agreement with St. Paul Regional Water Services is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
