2 <br /> <br />grant award, the City may be required to repay up to 100 percent of the awarded grant in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.575, subdivision 4. <br />6. The City of Little Canada certifies that it has not violated any federal, state, or local laws <br />pertaining to fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, conflict of interest, or other <br />unlawful or corrupt practices. <br />7. Upon approval of the application by the State of Minnesota, the City of Little Canada is <br />authorized to enter into an agreement with the State for the above-referenced project and <br />shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing such agreements. <br /> <br />8.
