Anticipate the use of one bid package to maximize efficiency, support local subcontractor participation, <br />minimize construction duration, and address long-lead-time materials or high-risk cost escalation <br />components through a unified bid package. <br /> <br />The selected proposer will enter into an agreement with the City using the City’s Professional Services <br />Agreement. A copy of this agreement is attached hereto. The City objects to and rejects terms and <br />conditions submitted by the proposer which are inconsistent with the agreement. The selected proposer <br />may propose additional terms and conditions not inconsistent with the agreement, which the City may, <br />with or without cause, choose to accept or reject. <br /> <br />Project Budget <br />Funding for the project has been identified in the City’s Capital Improvement Program. The current <br />budgetary estimate for the project is $4,175,000, with construction anticipated in 2027. <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br />The following schedule is provided for planning purposes and is subject to change at the City’s discretion: <br />• RFP Issued: February 12, 2026 <br />• Pre-Proposal Conference: February 23, 2026 <br />• Questions Deadline: February 27, 2026 <br />• Proposals Due: March 13, 2026 <br />• Evaluation & Interviews (if conducted): March 2026 <br />• City Council Authorization: March 25, 2026 <br />• Schematic Design Phase Completion: June 30, 2026 <br />• Construction Anticipated: 2027 <br /> <br />Project Roles and Responsibilities <br /> <br />City of Little Canada <br />The City will provide overall project direction, policy decisions, and approvals at key milestones. The City <br />will review design documents, cost information, and recommendations and will provide timely feedback <br />to support project progress.
