Preferred Sub-Consultant <br />Due to the recently completed built work within Pioneer Park, the predesign study and the familiarity <br />with the project site and City, Bolton & Menk is the preferred sub-consultant to provide the following <br />services: <br />• Surveying <br />• Landscape Architecture <br />• Civil Engineering <br /> <br />City Provided Services (not in contract) <br />• Testing and Special Inspections <br />• Commissioning – testing and balancing <br />• Geotechnical Evaluation (as needed) <br />II. Scope of Work and Services <br />The selected proposer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following services: <br /> <br />Community Engagement <br />Although an abundant amount of community engagment has already been conducted by the City, the <br />consultant shall lead and guide any remaining community engagement processes to gather input from <br />the community to be incorporated in the development of the project. <br />• The team should integrate community meetings as part of the overall project process. The <br />consultant should advise on occurrence and process with engagement meetings. <br />• Indicate approach to online surveying and engagement <br />• Provide community input summaries after each meeting <br />• Incorporate community input into the development of the design <br /> <br />Concept Validation <br />This phase is intended to verify the findings in the TAC report, establish a project schedule, meeting <br />intervals with City Staff and the TAC, and outline key phase deliverables and milestones for the project. <br />
