Construction Administration <br />During construction, the proposer shall provide construction administration services including: <br />• Participation in pre-construction conferences and regular project progress meetings in <br />coordination with City Staff and the General Contractor. <br />• On-site observation of construction. <br />• Review and response to RFIs, review of change order requests, and evaluation of shop drawings, <br />product submittals, and testing reports. <br />• Review all pay applications prior to City Staff review. <br />• Assistance with certifications, commissioning activities, and closeout documentation. <br />• Preparation and oversight of the project punch list through final completion. <br />III.
