Relevant Project Experience <br />• At least three comparable projects <br />• Project size, budget, schedule, delivery <br />• Public-sector references <br />• Relevance and success of prior projects <br />• Quality of references <br />7. Fee Proposal <br />• Fee structure by project phase and sub-consultant <br />breakdown <br />• Identification of reimbursable expenses <br />• Clarity and completeness of fee proposal <br />• Reasonableness and alignment with scope <br />IV. Services Agreement and Compliance <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />The selected proposer will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City of Little Canada. <br />The agreement will define the scope of services, compensation, schedule, insurance requirements, <br />indemnification, and other standard contractual terms. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto. <br />Submission of a proposal constitutes acceptance of the City’s Professional Services Agreement without <br />material exception. Proposers may identify requested modifications in their proposal; however, the City <br />reserves the right to reject proposals that include substantial or unacceptable contract exceptions. <br /> <br />Budget Compliance Requirement <br />The proposer shall design the project to remain within the approved project budget. If, at any time <br />during the design phases, cost estimates prepared by the consultant team indicate that the project
