exceeds the approved budget, the proposer shall revise the design, at no additional cost to the City, to <br />bring the project back into compliance. <br /> <br />Ownership of Documents <br />All drawings, specifications, reports, and other documents prepared by the proposer under this contract <br />shall become the property of the City of Little Canada upon completion or termination of the agreement, <br />subject to standard professional use limitations. <br /> <br />Insurance Requirements Summary <br />The selected proposer shall be required to maintain insurance coverage meeting the City’s standard <br />requirements throughout the duration of the project. Coverage shall include, but not be limited to: <br />• Commercial General Liability <br />• Workers’ Compensation <br />• Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions) <br />• Automobile Liability <br /> <br />Specific coverage limits and policy requirements will be outlined in the City’s Professional Services <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />City Rights and Reservations <br />The City of Little Canada reserves the right to: <br />• Reject any or all proposals <br />• Waive informalities or minor irregularities <br />• Request clarification or additional information <br />• Conduct interviews or request presentations <br />• Negotiate scope, fees, or contract terms with the selected firm <br />• Cancel this RFP at any time if deemed to be in the City’s best interest <br /> <br />The City of Little Canada appreciates your interest in this project and looks forward to receiving <br />proposals from qualified firms that share the City’s vision for a high-quality, fiscally responsible <br />community facility. <br />
