Since we are a public agency <br />and have provided park improvements and amenities to the City in the past and continue <br />to assist the City with habitat improvements in Gervais Mill Park and other locations, the <br />Parlc Dedication Fee appears to us to be inappropriate. The proposed fee would also <br />place a hardship on the District building budget. <br />Please process this request and call me if you need any additional information.
