Hanson <br />www. ei.little- canacta, mn. us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: July 22, 2005 <br />RE: Outdoor Storage in the I -P District <br />Attached is the Notice of the Continuation of Public Hearing relative to proposed changes <br />in the amount and location of outdoor storage allowed by CUP in the I -P District. This <br />notice was sera to the owners of I -P properties in the City, including the attached Section <br />918.040 of the Code which highlights the proposed changes. Please note that changes are <br />limited to Section A. "Open and Outdoor Storage" while none are proposed to Section B. <br />"Semi -Truck or Trailer Parking ". <br />I received a call from Bob Dolle, D & T Trucking, who asked the impact of these zoning <br />changes on his property. I informed Mr. Dolle that there would be no impact to his <br />property given that the proposed changes do not impact semi -truck or trailer parking. <br />The same would be true for the Slumberland property. <br />
