Hanson <br />www.ci.little- canada.nin.us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ZONING CODE AMENDMENT <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is considering an Amendment to the Zoning Code which would reduce the <br />amount and the location of outdoor storage allowed in the Industrial -Park (I -P) Zoning District. <br />Consideration is being given to the following changes: <br />➢ Reducing the amount of outdoor storage from 75% of the building area or 25% of the <br />lot area, whichever is less, to 25% of the building area or 10% of the lot area, whichever <br />is less; <br />➢ Limiting outdoor storage to rear yards only with outdoor storage to be fenced and <br />screened. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Continuation of Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review <br />this request at their regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon <br />thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, <br />July 27, 2005. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing- impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
