MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 13, 2008 <br />Administrator indicated that there may be. Options for its use include <br />ponding, landscaped area, or additional development. The Administrator <br />suggested that once the City has the property under its control, Heather <br />Oaks could be contacted to determine if there is any interest on this part. <br />McGraw indicated that most homeowners associations would require 100% <br />of property owners to agree to the acceptance of additional land. He noted <br />that there may be interest on the part of the Heather Oaks property owners, <br />and suggested that it would be worth investigating. <br />CALL FOR Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CLOSED <br />SESSION- RESOLUTIDNNO.2008-2-38 -CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION <br />VADNAIS TO DISCUSS THE VADNAIS HEIGHTS SEWER BILLING <br />HEIGHTS LITIGATIONAT THE END OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />SEWER MEETING AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br />BILLING <br />LITIGATION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ON-SITE The City Administrator reviewed the Public Works Superintendent's <br />SANITATION report dated February 6, 2008 recommending that a Public Hearing be <br />DUMP SITE called to consider the renewal of On-Site Sanitation's Disposal Site Use <br />Permit. The Administrator reported that there have been issues with this <br />Permit, and before the Council acts on the renewal, it is advisable that a <br />Public Hearing be held to consider the matter. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2008-2-39 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2008 AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER <br />THE RENEWAL OF ON-SITE SANITATION'S DISPOSAL SITE USE <br />PERMIT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
