MINUTES CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 13, 2008 Administrator indicated that there may be. Options for its use include ponding, landscaped area, or additional development. The Administrator suggested that once the City has the property under its control, Heather Oaks could be contacted to determine if there is any interest on this part. McGraw indicated that most homeowners associations would require 100% of property owners to agree to the acceptance of additional land. He noted that there may be interest on the part of the Heather Oaks property owners, and suggested that it would be worth investigating. CALL FOR Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CLOSED SESSION- RESOLUTIDNNO.2008-2-38 -CALLING FOR A CLOSED SESSION VADNAIS TO DISCUSS THE VADNAIS HEIGHTS SEWER BILLING HEIGHTS LITIGATIONAT THE END OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL SEWER MEETING AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR BILLING LITIGATION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ON-SITE The City Administrator reviewed the Public Works Superintendent's SANITATION report dated February 6, 2008 recommending that a Public Hearing be DUMP SITE called to consider the renewal of On-Site Sanitation's Disposal Site Use Permit. The Administrator reported that there have been issues with this Permit, and before the Council acts on the renewal, it is advisable that a Public Hearing be held to consider the matter. Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO.2008-2-39 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2008 AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE RENEWAL OF ON-SITE SANITATION'S DISPOSAL SITE USE PERMIT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
