202.080. NO FINAL AUTHORITY. All action of the Advisory Planning Commission shall <br />be in the nature of recommendations to the City Council, and the said Commission shall have no <br />final authority with reference to any matters except as the Council may lawfully delegate authority <br />to it. <br />202.090. EXPENSES. The Council shall provide, out of available City finds, for ordinary <br />and necessary expenses of the Advisory Planning Commission. <br />202.100. PUBLIC MEETINGS.
