3. Storage is screened from view of the public right -of -way in compliance with <br />Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />Same comments as with subsection 2. <br />4. No outdoor storage area in the I -P, Industrial Park District shall be located <br />closer to any public street than the required building setback line or the <br />actual constructed line of the building, whichever is farther from the street. <br />The Planning Commission discussed the possibility of moving the setback <br />line from the front building line to the rear building line. When the <br />Orius permit was granted, the required setback line was just the <br />regular building setbacks, regardless of the location of the but ding <br />on the property. The consensus of the Commission was that the <br />current ordinance language was adequate, however, a minority felt <br />that storage should be located behind the building only, eliminating <br />it in side yard areas. <br />9. No outdoor storage area shall include storage of materials that are considered <br />hazardous materials by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />No changes were recommended to this requirement. <br />10. In side or rear yards, no outdoor storage area in the I -P, Industrial Park <br />District shall be closer to any property line than ten (10) feet. <br />No changes were recommended to this requirement. <br />
