Hanson <br />At the April 14, 2004 City Council Meeting by resolution you revoked the MSA mileage on <br />Centerville Road to enable Ramsey County to classify the entire length of Centerville Road as <br />CSAH. Staff indicated at that meeting we would bring a resolution to reapply the mileage <br />revoked on Centerville Road to another street(s) in our community to you April 28, 2004 <br />meeting. <br />Staff has reviewed all of the streets in our community to determine the best configuration that <br />that we can apply the MSA mileage to that would provide the most benefit to the city. Based on <br />this review staff has determined that it would be best to apply our undesignated MSA mileage to <br />Old County Road C (from County Road C to Ruth Street) and Ruth Street (from Old County <br />Road C to Demont Avenue). <br />Based on the above, staff recommends council approval of the attached resolution to apply <br />MSA designation to Old County Road C (from County Road C to Ruth Street) and Ruth <br />Street (from Old County Road C to Demont Avenue). <br />H:AGregSV Correspondence AGreg S 2004 \MSA Designation.doc <br />
