RESOLUTION 2004 04- <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br />WHEREAS it appears to the City Council of the City of Little Canada that the streets <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid streets under the <br />provisions of Minnesota law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, that the streets described as follows, to -wit: <br />• Old County Road C from County Road C to Ruth Street <br />Ruth Street from Old County Road C to Demont Avenue <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid <br />streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the <br />designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, <br />improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid streets of the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />Passed and adopted this 28th day of April 2004. <br />Michael I.
