INUTES <br />City Council <br />an. 25, 1989 <br />ezoning <br />. rattalone <br />Property <br />Cont.) <br />Section 6 <br />) <br />agenda <br />[ am No. 10 <br />the City Planner and Mr. Frattalone work out the size I -P lot that <br />would be increased from what Mr. Frattalone has proposed, but not <br />prohibit the future splitting of the remainder of Frattalone's <br />property. <br />Fahey agreed with Blesener's position. <br />The Council felt the matter should be tabled so that the various <br />details can be worked out and brought back to the Council for consideration. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89 -1 -34 - TABLING ACTION ON <br />THE ZONING REQUEST OF FRANK FRATTALONE UNTIL <br />THE APRIL 26, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />PENDING FURTHER INFORMATION FROM THE CITY <br />PLANNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 36. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission tabled action on the <br />rezoning of the Section 6 property to PUD pending further information <br />from the City Planner. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89 -1 -35 - CONTINUING THE <br />>- PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REMAINDER OF THE <br />SECTION 6 PUD REZONING PROPOSAL UNTIL <br />THE COUNCIL RECEIVES A REPORT FROM THE <br />CITY PLANNER AND A RECOMMENDATION FROM <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 37. <br />c ss At this point in the meeting, 9:00 P.M., Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 9:10 P.M. <br />Page -14- <br />
