The City's education program is coordinated with and makes effective use of <br />other stotm water education programs being conducted as described in the <br />BMPs sheets listed in item b. <br />e. The City will hold at least one public meeting per year addressing the SWPPP <br />as summarized in BMP 1 -02 -R. <br />1) Location. The public info! ivational meeting will be held at the City's <br />regular Council Meeting location in City of Little Canada City Center. <br />2) Notice will be provided at least 30 days prior to the meeting. <br />3) Notice will be distributed in City's designated legal newspaper of <br />general circulation in the general vicinity of the City, <br />4) Joint meetings. The City may consolidate this meeting with other <br />matters, issues, or related groups of issues. <br />2. Public participation /involvement. <br />a. See BMPs sheets 2 -01 -R and 1 -02 -R. <br />b. <br />The City will provide opportunity for public input and opinion on the <br />adequacy of the SWPPP each year prior to submittal of the annual report to the <br />Commissioner as described in BMP 1 -02 -R. <br />1) Interested persons will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to make <br />oral statements. <br />2■ The City will consider timely, relevant written materials that interested <br />persons submit. <br />3) The City may establish procedures and processes for each speaker's <br />presentation. <br />a. The City will consider public input and make adjustments as <br />determined appropriate as described in BMP 1 -02 -R. <br />3. Illicit discharge detection and elimination. <br />a.
