See BIvIP 3 -02 -R for the City's regulatory mechanism for prohibiting non -storm <br />water discharges into our storm sewer system. <br />c. See BMP 3 -04 -R for our program to detect and address non -storm water <br />discharges, including illegal dumping_, to our system. <br />d. See BMPs 1 -03, 1 -05, 3 -01 -R, 3 -02 -R 3 -05 and 3 -06 for how the City will <br />infotnt employees, businesses, and the general public of hazards associated with <br />illegal discharges and improper disposal of waste. <br />e.
