MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 25, 2012 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Montour noted the reference in the City Planner's report to the <br />Comprehensive Plan. The City Planner indicated that this use is within <br />the intent of the Comp Plan for this property. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -4 -72 — APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF <br />AN ADULT DAY -CARE FACILITY AS PROPOSED BYHMONG MN <br />SENIOR CENTER AT 2905 COUNTRY DRIVE SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS APRIL 6, 2012 REPORT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2404 DIANNA The City Administrator reviewed the City Engineer's report dated April <br />LANE TREE 20, 2012 recommending tree replacement at 2404 Dianna Lane due to <br />REPLACEMENTS the significant loss of trees adjacent to this property as a result of the <br />Dianna Lane street and utility improvement project.
