MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 14, 2002 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Montour stated that he was not excited about Smith's concept, and felt that <br />the property should be retained by the City For a potential future use. <br />Fahey stated that he vas not eager to dispose of this property given its <br />location to the City Center and the water tower. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the Following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO 2002 -3 -190 — INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO <br />RESEARCH AND PREPARE A REPORT OUTLINING HOW THE <br />NOEL DRIVE PROPERTY 1144,S' ,4 COUIRED AND LISTING <br />POTENTIAL FUTURE USES OE THE PROPERTI', AND <br />REFERRING THE MATTER TO THE PLANNING C'OMNIISSION <br />AND THE PARKS RECREATION COMMISSION FOR THEIR <br />REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (3) LaValle, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (I) Montour.
