All driveways greater than 24 <br />feet in width must be approved by the City Engineer. <br />• Parking on the site includes ten spaces. This will be adequate based an an <br />assumption that office space comprised no more than 500 square feet, with the <br />remaining space devoted to storage. A floor plan is not available for review, <br />although adequate area would exist to expand the parking lot if necessary. <br />Screening and fencing material should be identified.
