MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 9, 2002 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Anderson suggested tabling the nutter for two weeks and limiting the <br />outdoor storage to \\ hat is there now, with no additional material to be <br />brought in unless it is stored inside. <br />Johnson indicated that the limitation of no additional material would not <br />work for him. He indicated that he has approximately 1,000 square feet of <br />outdoor storage and asked that he be allowed to maintain that amount of <br />outdoor storage in the interim <br />Fahey suggested that the City's goal is the long -term and suggested the <br />matter be tabled for two weeks or until the development agreement is <br />finalized. Fahey pointed out that the entire matter can be debated on July <br />24`h' when the concept plan is before the Council for review. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -7 -159 — TABLING ACTION ON THE CODE <br />ENFORCEMENT ISSUE »17' 3203 COUNTRY DRIVE RELATIVE TO <br />OUTDOOR .STORAGE UNTIL THE JULY 24m COUNCIL MEETING <br />AT WHICH TIME :1 C'ONC'EPT DEVELOPMENT REVIEW WILL <br />OCCUR FOR 77IIS PROPERTY, WHILE LIMITING THAT <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE 7'O 1,000 SOUARE FEET INADDITION 7'O <br />.STORAGE IN THE THREE -SIDED STRUCTURE ON THE SITE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Anderson, Montour, Scalze. <br />Nays (0).
