Tima reported that he did not request a "T "- intersection at
Property the end of Austrailian to service his property. Tima reported that
he did discuss this with the Engineer and Planner, but that is the
Agenda extent of the matter. Also, Mr. Tima is not willing to pay for the cost of
a cul -de -sac at the end of Australian to serve the property. Tima
feels that the cul -de -sac would be primarily for Public Works
to turn around at the end of the street when snowplowing.
Fahey stated that he reviewed past meeting minutes and Mr. Tina
was instructed to work with the Engineer and Planner on the matter,
and when a solution was arrived at that was acceptable to Hr. Time,
he was to return to the Council with his lot split. Fahey also
reported that the Council was willing to accept a reduced-size
cul -de -sac.
Tima felt that the cul -de -sac would be too close to his home and
that he would not be able to divide his property after a cul -de -sac
is installed without a variance.
Pare -11-
