Stroman
reported that this storage will be eliminated. All materials being stored
outside will be moved inside the new building addition. Stroman noted
that the revised turning radius would not allow trucks or vehicles exiting
the property to turn lefT. Fahey suggested that this exit from Poolside onto
Jackson Street could be marked right -turn only.
Montour pointed out 1110 narrow width of Jackson Street and asked if
vehicles would encroach onto the opposite lane when snaking their turning
maneuver Stroman replied that longer vehicles would likely encroach
into the opposite lane when turning. The City Administrator noted that the
same issue would be present for vehicles leaving the Poolside site and
turning onto County Road C. This would be a more serious traffic conflict
on County Road C given 1110 higher trafiie levels on that street. The City
