Minn. Stat. § 462.3595, entitled "Conditional use permits ", at subd. 3, entitled <br />"Duration ", provides, in part, as follows: "A conditional use permit shall remain in effect as <br />long as the conditions agreed upon are observed ... ". Minn. Stat. § 462.3595, subd. 4, entitled <br />"Filing of permit ", provides as follows: "A certified copy of any conditional use permit shall be <br />filed with the county recorder or registrar of titles of the county or counties in which the <br />municipality is located for record. The conditional use permit shall include the legal description <br />of the property included ". <br />Therefore, the outdoor display of vehicles would violate one of the conditions of the <br />recorded Conditional Use Permit, which would be grounds for the suspension or revocation of <br />the Conditional Use Permit. <br />Would you please submit this letter to the Council for their consideration.
