ADULT USE BUSINESSES <br />5/02 <br />Arden Hills <br />Massage Parlor /Sauna - $3,000 annual license fee. <br />Adult Use Business - $3,000 would be the starting point for the license fee. The fee would then be <br />determined by the Council based on the type of business that is being proposed. <br />Falcon Heights <br />Therapeutic Massage — $100 license fee. <br />Adult Use Businesses are allowed. However, Code actually prohibits them since they are not listed <br />as permitted uses in any existing Zoning District. No license fee established. <br />Maplewood <br />Currently have a three -month moratorium while they are studying the issue further. <br />Prior to moratorium, adult use license fee was $596. <br />Roseville <br />Adult Use Businesses - $10,000 license fee. None currently exist in Roseville. <br />Shoreview <br />Adult Use Businesses — Code allows these businesses, but restrictions are so stringent it is doubtful <br />they could locate in Shoreview. No license fee established. If a request were received, the Council <br />would have to determine a fee. <br />Vadnais Heights <br />Currently have a moratorium in place while they are studying the issue further. <br />Prior to moratorium, this type of business would fall under Miscellaneous Business License with a <br />fee of $65.00. <br />3 <br />
