Hanson <br />I would recommend that the Council call for a workshop meeting on Wednesday, June 12, at 6:00 <br />p.m. so that Sherman Associates can provide an update on their redevelopment efforts for the Rice <br />Street /Little Canada Road Area. Topics he will cover include: <br />• Architectural Appearance of the Senior Project <br />• Status report of housing components <br />• Status report of north side efforts <br />By copy of this memo, 1 will also invite the Planning Commission to attend so they can remain <br />updated. <br />cc: Planning Commission <br />Sherman Associates <br />
