Would <br />you please review the enclosed to determine if any additions or deletions are necessary. <br />As you will sec, the enclosed Interim Ordinance does not specify a date in Paragraph (C) <br />for the expiration of the moratorium. As we. have discussed, Minn. Stat. § 462.355, subd. 4, <br />provides that the terns of the initial moratorium may not exceed 12 months from the date it is <br />effective. The initial moratorium may be extended for such additional periods as appropriate, but <br />the extensions may not exceed a total of 18 months.
