(Liille Canada /Roseville Review publication deadline noon, June 5, 2002] <br />June 7002 EDA uouside,n lltc Poona, Madifientian and Plans. <br />June 13, 2002 Planning Commission reviews Program Modification and Plans to determine if they are in <br />compliance with City's comprehensive plan. <br />June 26, 2002 City Council holds public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on a Modification to the Development Program <br />for Development District No. 2, a Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 2 -1, and the establishment of a Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing District No, 2 -2 and passes resolution approving the Program <br />Modification and Plans. [Council packet information sent by June 7 2002] <br />By August 30, 2002 Ehlers & Associates requests certification of the District and files Plans with county and state, <br />'Because the City staff believes that the proposed tax incrementdistrictwill not require unplanned county road Improvements, the TIF Plan <br />was not forwarded to the County Board 45 days prior to the public hearing. The County Board, by law, has 45 days to review the plan to <br />determine if any county roads will be impacted by the develop .rent.
