I have recalculated
a sample of properties with these characteristics. There is not a significant value change
due to the increase in lot depth. However, I do expect values of these properties to
increase due to market activity for the 2004 assessment, regardless of the acquisition of
the additional five feet.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at 651- 266 -2140.
Sincerely,
Teresa Novak
Supervisor
Residential Property Valuation
Cc Stephen Baker, Ramsey County Assessor
Minnesota's First Bnmx Rule County
Printed on recyeled paper with amint.._. 6..._ poeceonwmarwntent
