Staff believes that the no -park zone should be removed. However, before this item is brought before <br />the City Council, the input of impacted owners is needed to determine the preference of the majority <br />of the property owners. Therefore, I would like to request that you complete the survey form below <br />and return it in the enclosed postage -paid envelope on or before November 6th. The Council will <br />be presented with a summary of this information for consideration at their November 12th regular <br />meeting.
