Council of Little Canada and in compliance with City's comparable worth plan. City agrees <br />to provide a performance review of Provos on an annual basis. <br />4. DEFERRED COMPENSATION. City shall allow Provos to enroll in the ICMA -RC <br />deferred compensation plan with contributions to this plan to be the sole responsibility of <br />Provos. <br />5. VACATIONS. Upon the commencement of employment, Provos shall be provided with five <br />(5) days of vacation accrual for use by Provos, subject to approval of the specific dates by the <br />City Administrator. Vacation shall be accrued by Provos as outlined in Section 13 of the <br />City's Personnel Policy based upon Provos' initial employment date of July 23, 2012. <br />Subject to satisfactory performance Provos will also be granted an additional 20 hours of <br />vacation on January 1, 2013. She will also be eligible for one week's additional vacation on <br />January 1, 2014 and each year thereafter subject to satisfactory performance. <br />6. SICK LEAVE. Provos shall be provided with six (6) days of accrued sick leave upon <br />commencement of employment for use subject to Section 13 of the City's Personnel Policy. <br />Provos shall continue to accrue sick leave as outlined in Section 13 of the City's Personnel <br />Policy and subject to the maximum accrual as described therein. <br />7. HOLIDAYS. City will provide Provos the same standard holidays as enjoyed by other <br />employees as set forth in Section 13 of City's Personnel Policy. <br />8. INSURANCE. City will pay the cost of hospital and medical insurance for Provos and <br />dependents in the same manner provided for other employees pursuant to Section 12 of City's <br />Personnel Policy. Provos may also participate in the "Opt -Out" program provided for in <br />Section 12 of the City's Personnel Policy on the same basis as other employees. City will <br />provide Provos the same group life insurance coverage that is provided to all other City <br />2 <br />
