Mr. Peake suggested, after talking to Mr. Renier, that we ask to be tabled
tonight. It was intimated that the Council was prepared to deny the request for final plat
approval based on a letter from the watershed district saying that the proposed plat has
not yet met all the conditions for watershed approval. Although we have responded to
the letter and are able to meet all of the conditions of the watershed memo we are, non-
the -less, requesting to be tabled for this evenings City Council meeting.
Additionally, we are here -by granting an extension of the 60 day rule so as to
accommodate a response by the watershed to revised plans submitted by PDA. The
extension will be for an additional 35 days. I would like to meet with you and Mr. Renier
as soon as possible to discuss the watershed revisions as well as a more detailed look at
proposed retaining walls on the project.
Sincerely
Kevi i vonRiedel
Operations Manager
(office) 651- 430 -2200 • 1915 Greeley Avenue • Stillwater, MN 55082 - (fax) 651- 430 -2323
- 2 -
p.2
