The application shall include a floor plan designating the area for manufacturing, <br />storage, or display, together with a list documenting the name, weight, and quantity <br />of the legal fireworks within the building. The application shall include the material <br />safety data sheets. <br />F. Any license granted hereunder shall be non - transferable, either to a different person <br />or location. <br />G. The license shall expire on December 31s` of the year in which it is issued. <br />H. The application shall include a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the existence of a <br />general liability insurance policy, with bodily injury and property damage insurance <br />coverage in a minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) single limit, <br />issued by a company or companies approved by the City. The City of Little Canada <br />shall be named as an additional insured on the general liability policy. <br />820.050. LICENSE FEE. The license fee shall be set forth in the current City fee schedule <br />resolution. <br />820.060. TERMS AND CONDITIONS. <br />A. Manufacturing, sale or storage of legal fireworks may only occur in the appropriate <br />zoning districts and must comply with all applicable City ordinances. No exterior <br />storage, display, sales or transient sales of legal fireworks are permitted. No <br />manufacturing, sales or storage of legal fireworks for commercial use shall occur on <br />residentially zoned properties or properties used for educational purposes or <br />assemblies. <br />B. Areas where legal fireworks are manufactured, sold or stored shall be provided with <br />approved "no smoking" signs in red letters which are not less than two (2) inches in <br />height on white background. All signs must be maintained in a legible condition. <br />C. Each licensed premises in approved locations shall have not less than two (2) water - <br />type or equivalent fire extinguishers of not less than two and one -half gallon capacity. <br />n. There shall be at least two (2) Bode compliant exits from all buildings in which legal <br />a <br />fireworks are manufactured, sold or stored. <br />E. In buildings without an approved automatic sprinkler system, legal fireworks indoor <br />sales displays or storage shall be limited to fifty (50) lbs. net pyrotechnic <br />composition, or two hundred (200) lbs. gross weight of the pyrotechnic composition <br />weight is not known. <br />820 -2 <br />3 <br />
