Violations of this ordinance or State law, rules, or regulations, relating to fireworks <br />or legal fireworks may result in the suspension or revocation of the legal fireworks <br />license. <br />B. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed <br />One Thousand Dollars (8 1,000), or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, <br />or both.
