No rim or invert information is provided on the plan for the sanitary sewer for <br />verification of pipe grades or structure builds. Both rim and invert elevations <br />along with pipe information should be provided on the plan sheet. <br />4. All ductile iron watermain must be wrapped in accordance with City standards to <br />protect against corrosion. <br />General Comments <br />1. No storm sewer calculations were provided as part of the submittal. Prior to final <br />approval, they should be reviewed and approved. <br />2. The comments listed above are based on the review of the district counsel 82 <br />site only. It should be noted that revised plat and grading and drainage <br />information must be provided and reviewed for the remainder of the dry wall <br />supply development property to ensure that all grading and utility improvements <br />will function properly at the time of construction. This additional information was <br />not for available review. It may be necessary to revise some of the above <br />comments based on the review of this additional material. <br />These are our comments based on the review of the submitted documents. It should be <br />noted that the Ramsey Washington Water Shed must approve the grading, drainage, <br />and erosion control plan prior to construction.
