Prior to final approval, they should be reviewed and approved. 2. The comments listed above are based on the review of the district counsel 82 site only. It should be noted that revised plat and grading and drainage information must be provided and reviewed for the remainder of the dry wall supply development property to ensure that all grading and utility improvements will function properly at the time of construction. This additional information was not for available review. It may be necessary to revise some of the above comments based on the review of this additional material. These are our comments based on the review of the submitted documents. It should be noted that the Ramsey Washington Water Shed must approve the grading, drainage, and erosion control plan prior to construction.
