4. DEFERRED COMPENSATION. City shall allow Rueckert to enroll in the ICMA -RC <br />deferred compensation plan with contributions to this plan to be the sole responsibility of <br />Rueckert. <br />5. VACATIONS. Any vacation leave accrued by Rueckert earned to date pursuant to her <br />employment with City shall be carried over to this agreement. Rueckert will also be granted <br />an additional week of accrued vacation upon execution of this agreement for satisfactory <br />performance in 2002. She will also be eligible for one week's additional vacation on January <br />1, 2004 and each year thereafter subject to satisfactory performance. Rueckert shall also <br />accrue vacation as outlined in Section 13 of the City's Personnel Policy based upon <br />Rueckert's initial employment date of July 2, 2001. <br />6. SICK LEAVE. Rueckert shall retain any sick leave accrued during her employment with <br />City. Rueckert shall continue to accrue sick leave as outlined in Section 13 of the City's <br />Personnel Policy and subject to the maximum accrual as described therein. <br />7. HOLIDAYS. City will provide Rueckert the same standard holidays as enjoyed by other <br />employees as set forth in Section 13 of City's Personnel Policy. <br />8. INSURANCE. City will pay the cost of hospital and medical insurance for Rueckert and <br />dependents in the same manner provided for other employees pursuant to Section 12 of City's <br />Personnel Policy. Rueckert may also participate in the "Opt -Out" program provided for in <br />Section 12 of the City's Personnel Policy on the same basis as other employees. City will <br />provide Rueckert the same group life insurance coverage that is provided to all other City <br />employees. City further agrees to continue to enroll Rueckert in long -term disability coverage <br />in a manner consistent with other employees. The cost of long-term disability coverage is <br />Rueckert's responsibility. <br />7 <br />
